Who we work with
In its first four years of activity the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity has created a dense network of collaborators—institutions, universities, associations, research centers, producer associations, NGOs—whose assistance has been essential in setting up and developing hundreds of projects around the world.
Some of these collaborative arrangements predate the formation of the Foundation and were maintained from the work to start and develop Italian Presidia (dating back to 1999).
